Vehicle collided with a truck, 4 killed in road accident in Punjab

New Delhi, Aug 7: All the four occupants of a car were killed after their vehicle today collided with a truck at Kot Ise Khan near here, police said.

The accident occurred when the car, which was going towards Dharamkot, collided with the truck – laden with wheat bags — coming from opposite direction, they said.

The deceased have been identified as Gurpreet Singh (30), Lavy (20), Bhinda Singh (22), and Sagardeep Khurana (30).

“The deceased were residents of Kot Ise Khan. Their bodies were handed over to their families after postmortem,” a police official said.
