Addressing the media on Saturday, AAP senior leader and Leader of Opposition Harpal Singh Cheema said that the people of Punjab are eager to make Chief Minister of Aam Aadmi Party.
A large number of people are giving their opinion to elect the Chief Minister of their choice and strengthening democracy. In the last 48 hours, the number released by the party has received more than 4 lakh WhatsApp messages, more than 5 lakh phone calls, more than 15 lakh voice messages and more than 75,000 text messages.
He said that after the complete data is collected, the party leadership will announce the CM face as per the opinion received from the public.
On the overwhelming response from the people of Punjab, Harpal Cheema said the response of millions of people of Punjab to select the Chief Minister face of Aam Aadmi Party proves that this time the people of Punjab have decided clearly to give a chance to Aam Aadmi Party.
This time AAP government will be formed with a clear majority and the dirty politics of traditional parties will be eliminated. People of Punjab are aspiring for a change and they are fed up with the politics of corruption and looting of traditional parties.
