Chandigarh: Stepping up its campaign for the Himachal Pradesh elections, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is going to announce its second guarantee to the people of the state on Thursday.

The Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia will declare the second guarantee before people of Himachal during a rally at Kapila Farm, Una in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday.

An AAP spokesperson said that the Delhi Education Model established by the Aam Aadmi Party Government under the leadership of CM Arvind Kejriwal is being appreciated all over the world. In the past 7 years the Kejriwal Government has not only given the makeover to Delhi Government Schools but has also restored the faith of common people in the public education system by providing world-class education for free. Same is being followed in Punjab.

The AAP wants to carry out its pro-people work to uplift the standards of Himachal residents and is now seeking one chance to provide better education, employment, health and honest government, the spokesperson said.

All government schools will be given a makeover and made world-class like Delhi government schools. Private schools of Himachal Pradesh will also not be allowed to hike the school fees. All temporary teachers will be made permanent and all the vacant posts of teachers will be filled in the next five years. Teachers will not be assigned any work other than teaching.
