Ahead of the release of his biopic, Soorma, national hockey player Sandeep Singh has become the first Indian hockey player to get a wax statue. Jaipur Wax Museum at Nahargarh Fort will soon have a wax statue of the hockey player. Sandeep has been a popular choice amongst the visitors for a wax statue. The wax museum chooses icons on the basis of suggestions and requests posted by visitors, and Sandeep, we hear, tops the list.
Interestingly, Dhyan Chand, who is considered the greatest player in the history of Indian hockey, will get his wax statue installed post Sandeep’s.
