Building collapses in Zirakpur, some feared trapped, no casualty reported

Zirakpur, April 12, 2018: A three-storey under-construction building collapsed here in Pir Muchhala area on Thursday afternoon. No casually has been reported so far but some labourers are feared buried under the debris.

District Magistrate (DM), Mohali Gurpreet Kaur Sapra, told babushahi.com from the spot that a magisterial probe ibnto the incident has been ordered. SDM Dera Bassi will conduct the probe.

Meanwhile, rescue operation were in full swing. All rescue teams including the NDRF were there for the purpose,

There was no idea yet as to how many labourers could have been trapped under the debris, added the DM.
