Cabinet Minister Dr Baljeet Kaur urge people to keep surroundings neat & clean

Cabinet Minister Dr Baljeet Kaur today urge the masses to keep their surroundings neat and clean during a function organised to aware people about the welfare schemes under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Ballamgarh and Mandi Lakhewali.

Speaking during the occasion she stressed upon the need of cleanliness and informed the villagers about immense benefits of it. She said that this is one of the simplest method to keep the diseases away.

The minister reiterated that everyone will be offered benefits of the welfare schemes started by the government without any bias.

She also encouraged people especially the youth to plant as many saplings as they can and also offered government help in keeping the surroundings of villages clean.

The Community Development Specialists also gave a demonstration about the benefits of keeping dry and moist garbage separately.

They asked the people to collect the garbage in different bins and get it collected separately.
