Chandigarh, August 15: Taking the government’s fight against drugs to another level of seriousness, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has approached two major tech giants of the world for their assistance.
In his letters to the CEOs of Google & Facebook Sundar Pichai & Mark Zuckerberg respectively, Capt has requested them to extend technical support in the state’s fight to eradicate drug menace.
CM took to Twitter to express his concern and even shared the copies of the letters!
I will knock on every door and leave no stone unturned to ensure we eliminate drugs from Punjab. I wrote to @google CEO @sundarpichai and @facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to extend and provide technology support in fighting this menace.
