Never gave her shelter: Cong’s Jassi

Date:

Bathinda, October 6: Senior Congress leader and former MLA Harminder Singh Jassi on Thursday denied giving shelter and help to Honeypreet during her period in hiding.

Husanmeet Kaur, daughter of Harminder Jassi, is married to Jasmeet Singh, son of convicted Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh.
Harminder Jassi said after the Haryana police released a lookout notice against Honeypreet, he never meet her. Jassi claimed that Honeypreet never contacted him after August 25 and she never demanded any kind of help.
The former legislator said he did not talk with the media, because investigations were on, but now when allegations had been leveled against him regarding help to Honeypreet during her hiding, he decided to clear it with the media and people.
