DGP Dinkar Gupta moved to Punjab Police Housing Corporation as its chairman

Chandigarh, October 5: The Government of Punjab has transferred two IPS officers including DGP Dinkar Gupta with immediate effect.

1987-batch IPS officer MK Tiwari has also been transferred by the government along with Dinkar Gupta.

While Dinkar Gupta has been transferred and posted as Chairman, Punjab Police Housing Corporation, MK Tiwari who was earlier posted as Chairman-cum-managing director, Punjab Police Corporation will now assume the charge of Managing Director, Punjab Police Housing Corporation.

Meanwhile, the Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota, Special DGP Arms Bns, Jalandhar will look after the work of DGP Punjab in addition to his present duties.
