Chandigarh, April 17:
The Punjab government has appointed Dr. Ram Pal Mittal as director of animal husbandry department on Monday.
Divulging further information, a spokesperson said that Dr. Ram Pal Mittal was earlier posted as joint director in the animal husbandry department. He has now been promoted to the rank of director.
