E-auction of GMADA sites from September 14

The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property in SAS Nagar. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of 75 sites for IT industrial plots, commercial and institutional sites, chunk sites and group housing site at SAS Nagar. The e-auction would be started at 9 am on September 14 and would end at 1 pm on September 27, 2021.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 25 booths & 36 SCO/ SCF, 4 IT industrial plots, 1 Group Housing site, 6 chunk sites and 3 institutional sites are available in the e-auction. The GMADA has fixed the base price of these properties and for more information interested persons can visit the official website https://puda.e-auctions.in.
