Emotional tributes paid to Joint Director Krishan Lal Rattu

Eminent personalities from all walks of life paid rich tributes today to the Joint Director, Information and Public Relations Department Mr. Krishan Lal Rattu who left for his heavenly abode a few days back.

In Antim Ardas held at the Sector – 38 Gurudwara Sahib (Shahpur) in the memory of Late Sh. Krishan Lal Rattu, prominent people from all walks of life besides friends, relatives, departmental colleagues, Journalists and officers from different departments of the Punjab Civil Secretariat and retired employees were present.

On the occasion, Ferozepur MLA Rajnish Dahiya paid tributes on behalf of the Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Mann while Councillor Kashmiri Lal, Additional Director DIPR Dr. Opinder Singh Lamba, Classmate of the deceased since University days and Department colleague Joint Director Randeep Singh Ahluwalia and Retired Joint Director Dr. Ajit Kanwal Singh recalled their association with Mr. Rattu and threw light on his life and struggles. Director PR Sumit Jarangal and Special secretary Senu Duggal were also present.

The condolence messages of the SDM Barnala Gopal Singh, Punjabi newspapers Daily Ajit, Ajj Di Awaaz, Akali Patrika, Pehredar, Punjab Times and Sach Di Patari were also read out.
