Chandigarh, Dec 15: The fifth edition of Machma Expo and IETSS – 2017 and National Vendor Development Programme will be organised from December 15 to 18 at GLADA Ground, opposite Vardhman Mills.
The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) president, Upkar Singh Ahuja, said the exhibition would have participation of over 250 exhibitors from Indian and foreign companies, including Japan, Korea and China.
He said, “The exhibition will attract 40,000 to 50,000 visitors.”“Moreover, buyer-seller meet with members of business delegations will open opportunities for bilateral trade especially exports from Punjab,” he added.
“The expo offers a lucrative opportunity to encash the presence of international purchasing officers from global business houses and leading Indian manufacturers,” said Ahuja.
“The objective of the CICU is to build and shine ‘Made-in-Punjab-brands’.
Trade in Punjab region is all set to get tremendous boost due to excellent opportunities to be highlighted in the show, which will usher a golden era for the growth and development of the MSME sector and accelerate bi-lateral trade for mutual benefits,” he said.
