Former DGP Sumedh Saini’s petition dismissed in Ludhiana city centre case

Ludhiana, February 27: Ludhiana Sessions Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini in Ludhiana City Centre case.Sumedh

Ramanpreet Singh Sandhu, advocate representing Saini said that they would now appeal in the High Court.

“The exact reason of cancellation of the application is yet unknown since we have not received the copy of judgment. We hope to receive the copy of judgment soon for clarification of the reason”, said Sandhu.

The next hearing is scheduled on March 28.
