Gatka association Malerkotla to organise district Gatka tournament on 9th Nov

Malerkotla 6 November ( ) Gatka Association District Malerkotla is organizing district Gatka competition for boys and girls in age group 14, 17, 19, 22, 25 on Wednesday, November 9 at Bhupindra Global School Village Binjoki Kalan.

Giving more details after the meeting held in this regard, Pradeep Singh, President, Gatka Association District Malerkotla informed that the last date for sending entries for Gatka teams has been fixed on 7th November. All the Gatka players of the district should reach the playground of Bhupindra Global School, Nabha Road village Binjoki Kalan on 9th November at 9 am where the fixtures would be held for this competitions. He further said the winners of district tournament would get a chance to participate in Punjab state Gatka championship.

He said that under the aegis of National Gatka Association of India, Punjab State Gatka Championship is being organized by Gatka Association of Punjab at Mastuana Sahib, Sangrur from November 11 to 15 in which selected Gatka teams of the Malerkotla district should participate.

In this meeting among others Senior Vice President Daljit Singh Tatla, Vice President Santokh Singh, Organization Secretary Bhupinder Singh, General Secretary Daljit Singh Waraich, Joint Secretary Atma Singh, Finance Secretary Jagtar Singh, Press Secretary Hoshiar Singh, Executive Members Palwinder Singh, Baljinder Singh, Jaswant Singh, Rajdeep Singh Grewal and Parminder Singh were also present.
