Actor-turned-director Rana Ranbir is showcasing his ability to throw surprises. After exhibiting high level of time utilisation in makingAsees (he wrapped up the film in 19 days), he now made a secret addition to movie’s star cast.
The news is that superstar Gippy Grewal is doing a guest appearance in Rana’s directorial debut. “Yes, he is there in the film. In fact, we wanted to do something different, so we added a sequence in which Gippy will make a crisp and bold entry,” said Rana.
The other actors in the film include Sardar Sohi, Rupinder Rupi, Seema Kaushal, Malkit Roni, Charanpreet Mann, comedian Raghuveer Boli, Shavinder Vicky, Samuel John, Jaggi Dhuri, Ravinder Mandh, Shavin Rekhi, Dilraj, Uday and Gurpreet Bhangu.
The film, which was shot in December 2017 in and around Sangrur district, is ready for release. Kuljinder Sidhu, known for his film Sadda Haq, is in the lead role. He said the film had touching numbers that will leave the audience spellbound. He explains that the movie primarily showcases the power of innocence and honesty that never lets you fail in life.
