Golden Temple gets Award certificate of most visited shrine in the world

AMRITSAR, Nov 25:  “World Book of Records” based at London (U.K) today presented Award certificate of ‘Most visited Place of World’ to Shriomani Gurdwara Pharbandhak Committee the management body of the Golden Temple.

Confirming the Award certificate, SGPC Chief Secretary Roop Singh said that  this certificate was given to Golden Temple due to the most visited shrine as maximum foot fall of devotees  was here as comparison to other religious places.

Singh said that certificate was presented by General Secretary of the “World Book of Records” Surbhi Kaul who was here today from London.
