The poster shows veteran actress Gurpreet K Bhangu, whose playing the role of Harjeet Singh’s mother in the movie, kissing the forehead of his son (Ammy Virk). It’s a simple poster that doesn’t need any caption to express the unconditional maternal love.
Besides the poster, the trailer has a sweet dialogue encapsulating the beauty of a mother-son relation. It sends the message that no matter how big a man becomes, he stays a naughty kid to his mother.

Earlier this year, Gurpreet was seen essaying the role of a soldier in the Gippy Grewal starrer ‘Subedar Joginder Singh’.

Slated to release on May 18, ‘Harjeeta’ is based on the life of a young India hockey player, Harjeet Singh Tuli. Harjeet was India’s captain in the Men’s Hockey Junior World Cup 2016. It was under Singh’s captaincy that India won the trophy after two decades.
