Chandigarh, January 25: The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday issued notice to Punjab following a bunch of three petitions regarding the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation polls.
One of the petitions was filed by MLA Simarjit Singh Bains against the delimitation.
Another petitioner had claimed that a ward was wrongly reserved on the basis of incorrect data.
