Chandigarh, February 18, 2019 – IGP Paramraj Singh Umranangal, arrested by special investigation team in context with Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan firing episodes on Monday, has been remanded to four-day police custody.
The officer was arrested by SIT Chandigarh on Monday and was today presented before Faridkot District court.
