Information and Public Relations Officers’ Association condoles sad demise of Joint Director Krishan Lal Rattu

The Information and Public Relations Officers’ Association, Punjab on Saturday condoled the untimely demise of Joint Director of the Department Krishan Lal Rattu, who passed away at Max Hospital in Mohali today. He is survived by his wife Maninder Kaur and sons Naveen and Dinesh.

Mr. Rattu was born on January 5, 1964 in Mehatpur, Jalandhar. After completing his primary education at Mehatpur, he did his MA in Punjabi and later did his Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) from Punjabi University. He started his career in journalism in 1989 as a sub-editor at Aj Di Awaz Newspaper and moved to Ajit in 1996. In 1999, he joined the Information and Public Relations Department as an IPRO. He was presently serving as Joint Director in the department.

The Information and Public Relations Officers’ Association, while remembering Mr. Rattu’s outstanding services extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
