Kabaddi player from Kapurthala killed in dump truck accident

Ontario, February 15: Punjabi youth was killed in a road accident.

Identified as a Punjabi kabaddi player, Amanpreet Singh alias Tibba was 28 years old and was hit by a dump truck.

According to reports, Amanpreet died on the spot after being hit by a dump truck at a workshop on Highway 26 under Hurnia West in Clearview Township near Wasaga Beach, Canada on Saturday morning.

The case is being investigated by the Ontario Provincial Police.

Tibba came to Canada four years ago from a village in Kapurthala district of Punjab. Amandeep was a well-known Kabaddi player who also played Kabaddi for the Canadian team.
