Khaira: Let state unit take own decisions

Date:

Moga, September 3: Hundreds of AAP volunteers and supporters from across the state, particularly the Malwa belt, on Sunday participated in a rally organised by dissident party MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira. He reiterated that he was not dividing the party, but fighting for the rights of volunteers, who wanted to establish a strong third front in the state.

“I want the senior party leadership to rectify its mistakes and let the state unit take its own decisions. The mood of the people in today’s gathering reflects that they still want a third front in the state because they are fed up with the Akalis and the Congress,” Khaira claimed. Kharar MLA Kanwar Sandhu also reiterated that they were not in favour of dividing the party, but wanted to strengthen it.
