Talking to the media, Khaira said AAP MP Bhagwant Mann should publicly slam party convener Arvind Kejriwal for seeking apology from Akali leader Bikram Majithia.

Khaira claimed that they had formed an alliance comprising Punjab Manch of MP Dharamvira Gandhi, Lok Insaaf Party and Punjabi Ekta Party. He said he was hopeful that SAD (Taksali) would also join them.

Khaira said he had also talked to veteran CPI leader Joginder Dyal over the phone inviting them to join the alliance.
