Last-minute appeal for votes, Raghav Chadha visits Mansa Devi for Punjab’s peace

Date:

Chandigarh, February 19: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab affairs co-in-charge and Delhi’s MLA Raghav Chadha appealed the people of Punjab to vote for good schools and hospitals, to vote for drugs, corruption and mafia free Punjab.

He claimed that the traditional political parties are one against Arvind Kejriwal’s Governance model, but the people of Punjab will give a befitting reply to them through their votes.

While releasing a statement from the party headquarters on Saturday, Raghav Chadha said, “There is voting for the assembly elections in Punjab on Feb 20th. Aam Aadmi Party has run a positive election campaign addressing the issues of Punjab. People supported us and welcomed us with flowers to their villages and towns. But on the other hand, traditional political parties and leaders have abused AAP and Kejriwal. All opposition parties are one and now this fight is between corrupt forces and the people.”

Chadha said that the opposition parties are afraid that once Kejriwal’s Governance model was introduced in Punjab, the traditional parties will be wiped out. Their purpose is to prevent honest people from coming to power. He said that these corrupt people have came together, but 3 crore Punjabi will unite for the change.

Raghav Chadha appealed to the people of Punjab, “On the election day the people of Punjab should vote for their children, for the future of Punjab, for the freedom from corruption and ‘Chitta’, vote for peace, so that Punjab will stay happy and prosperous.”
