Sidhu bows before Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib in thanksgiving from int’l border

Dera Baba Nanak/ Chandigarh, November 27: The Local Government and Tourism & Cultural Affairs Minister, Punjab, Mr. Navjot Singh Sidhu here today bowed before Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib in Thanksgiving from the India-Pakistan international border.

Mr. Sidhu today morning reached Dera Baba Nanak via Amritsar from Madhya Pradesh and thanked the almighty for paving the way for opening the Kartarpur Corridor. He also bowed before the historic gurudwara through binoculars. He said that the Ardas of 13 crore ‘Guru Nanak naam leva sangat’, which prays since the past 70 years for a darshan of the gurudwaras on the Pakistan side , has borne fruit.

Mr. Sidhu further said that it is a gift to the entire sangat on the occasion of the 550th Parkash Purb celebrations of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji for which he (Navjot Singh Sidhu) has come to thank the almighty.
