Our Very Own Pammi Bai Is Back In ‘Darra’

Big announcement for all the Pammi Bai lovers. Punjabi folk singer Pammi Bai is back with a bang in the movie ‘Darra’.

Along with lead stars of the Punjabi films Gurpreet Ghuggi, Kartar Cheema, Karamjit Anmol, well known Punjabi singer-cum-lyricist Happy Raikoti, Savinder Mahal, Miss World Punjaban 2015 Manpreet Saggu, veteran actress Nirmal Rishi, Raj Dhariwal and Manveer Kaur will also be seen in the movie.

The film is directed by Parveen Kumar and has been produced by Guraya Films, an enterprise of NRI Dalvinder Guraya. During the poster launch, directhe usr Parveen said: “I am very confident about the success of the movie. Audience will see all emotions, culture, folk dance & family love in this movie.”

The sthe usry of the film has been penned by Padma Shri Baldev Singh Saraknama, who’s done the screenplay and dialogues the uso.

This will be the first time when the cinema goers will see Pammi Bai and Happy Raikoti doing acting in lead roles apart from their singing.

Renowned singers Happy Raikoti, Pakistani famous singer Akram Rahi, Pammi Bai, Lehmber Hussainpuri, Nachhattar Gill and Sudesh Kumari have given their melodious voice the us make the film a success.

Most of the shooting is done in Punjab, particularly in and around Patiala and Sunam. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 2nd September.
