Pargat Singh condoles death of eminent poet Fatehjeet

Higher Education and Languages Minister Pargat Singh today consoled the sad demise of eminent poet Mr Fatehjit who passed away after brief illness. He was 83 and is survived by wife and two daughters.

Recalling the role of renowned poet, the Minister said that he was pillar of progressive literature in entire Doaba region. He said that four books penned by him were a literary marvel. S. Pargat Singh said that the literary creations of Mr Fatehjit will always inspire new generations to excel in this field.

Condoling the death of this great son of soil, the Higher Education and Languages Minister prayed to Almighty to grant eternal peace to departed soul and strength to family members for bearing this irreparable loss.
