Portal opened again for application for Post Matric Scholarship on the directions of Dr. Verka

On the instructions of Dr. Raj Kumar Verka, the department of social justice has opened the Ambedkar Scholarship Portal for receiving the applications for post-matric scholarships 2021-22 so, that all the students could apply for the said scholarship.

According to the spokesperson of Social Justice department, the educational institutions have been directed to forward complete cases of eligible S.C. and B.C students by January 31. The approving authority will send the proposal to the sanctioning authority on the Ambedkar Scholarship Portal by February 10. Last date for the sanctioning authority to forward the cases to the welfare department has been fixed on February 15, 2022.

According to the spokesperson, 1.50 lakh cases have been sent so far under the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme for Scheduled Caste students.
