Punjab and Haryana Bar Association honoured O P Soni

CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 23 , Punjab and Haryana Bar Association led by its newly elected President, Mr. G.B.S. Dhillon and office bearers and Members of the Executive Committee today honoured Medical Education & Research, Food Processing, and Freedom Fighter Minister Mr. O.P. Soni in a simple function held today in the premises of Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Thanking the Bar association Mr. Soni said he was happy and feeling proud to be present amongst them today. He said that lawyers belong to a learned profession and occupy a special position in the society in as much as they always remain at the forefront to safeguard the Constitution from any violation the hands of law makers. Lawyers have the most important role in ensuring and excellent justice delivery system in the country. Sh. Soni announced a grant of Rs. five lac to the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association.
