The Punjab Government today appointed renowned philanthropist Dr. SPS Oberoi as Honorary Advisor on Health and Skill Development.
Informing about this, an official spokesperson of Punjab Government said that orders will be issued later in this regard. He said that Dr. Oberoi is a Managing Trustee of Sarbat Da Bhalla Trust as well as President of Asian Gatka Foundation, Founder & Chairman-Apex Group of Companies. Renowned Dubai philanthropist Dr. Oberoi had secured the release of many Indians from the prison of Dubai after paying blood money for the release.
