Punjab Bhawan declared extended precinct of House for budget session

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana KP Singh has declared the Punjab Bhawan, Sector-3, Chandigarh as an extended precinct of the House for the Budget session of 15th Punjab Vidhan Sabha in view of resurging COVID-19 pandemic.

The order, issued by Secretary Punjab Vidhan Sabha reads that the 15th Punjab Vidhan Sabha has been summoned to meet its 14th Session (Budget session) on March 1, 2021 (Monday) at 11:00 AM. In view of the rising COVID-19 epidemic, Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Rana KP Singh has ordered that Punjab Bhawan would be an extended precinct of the House from 10:00 PM on February 28, 2021 till the completion of proceedings of the 14th session of the house and all the rules and regulations of the house would be applicable in the extended precinct.
