Punjab CM-designate Channi visits Katalgarh Sahib gurdwara before taking oath

Chandigarh, September 20: Ahead of his oath-taking ceremony, Charanjit Singh Channi, Punjab chief minister-designate on Monday morning paid obeisance at Gurdwara Katalgarh Sahib in Chamkaur Sahib.

Channi arrived at around 7 am. Channi was accompanied by his family.

After paying obeisance, he sat in the hall to attend shabad kirtan before leaving.

Channi, also, along with Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and Kulbir Zeera visited Dera of Sant Baba Ram Singh Ji Ganduanwale at Dufehra Sahib.

He spent a few minutes at the Dera and interacted with Baba Ji. He sought his blessing by saying ‘ Baba Ji Kirpa Rakhyo”. Baba Ji blessed him and said “Wahe Guru Kirpa Karnge”.
