Chandigarh, October 23: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday condoled the sad demise of Smt. Raj Jolly (85), mother of the State Information Commissioner Asit Jolly, who passed away here this afternoon in a private hospital after a prolonged illness. She is survived by two sons and a daughter.
Expressing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family in this hour of grief, Captain Amarinder Singh prayed to the Almighty to give courage to the family members to bear this irreparable loss and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister’s Media Advisor Raveen Thukral also mourned the death of Smt. Raj Jolly, the wife of Late Group Captain A.C. Jolly.
