Punjab CM mourns passing away of Suresh Kumar’s father-in-law

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday condoled the sad demise of K.C. Dhawan (92), the father-in-law of his Chief Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar, who passed away at Government Indira Gandhi Medical College & Hospital in Shimla this morning after a brief illness. He is survived by two sons and three daughters.

In a condolence message, the Chief Minister said, “I am deeply saddened to learn about the death of your father-in-law, which is extremely shocking and unfortunate.”

Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, relatives and friends, Captain Amarinder Singh also prayed to the Almighty to give courage to them to bear irreparable loss in this hour of grief and grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
