Punjab CM pays obeisance at Gurdwara Sri Qatalgarh Sahib, walks 25 km from Morinda to Chamkaur Sahib

The Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi on Monday undertook march from his Morinda residence accompanied by his family to Sri Chamkaur Sahib covering 25 Kms and paid obeisance at Gurudwara Sri Qatalgarh Sahib.

During this journey undertaken on foot, the Chief Minister saw sangat joining him in large numbers as he was passing through the villages falling in the Sri Chamkaur Sahib constituency. The Chief Minister being the people’s man, made stopovers at most of the places and met women, children as well as the senior citizens. Since the past many years, whenever the Shaheedi Jor Mel reaches Sri Chamkaur Sahib the Chief Minister undertakes march to pay obeisance at Gurudwara Sri Qatalgarh Sahib.
