Punjab Gau Sewa Commission Chairman calls on Governor

Punjab Gau Sewa Commission Chairman Mr. Sachin Sharma called on Governor Banwari Lal Purohit and take up the issue of proper take care of cows in Gaushalas.

Disclosing this here today, Chairman Mr. Sharma said that he apprised the Governor that there was not sufficient quantity of green fodder available in Gaushalas of the state. He said that this issue can be resolved with the help of experts of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary University. He said that green fodder is utmost important for cows and it should always be available at affordable prices.

Chairman further said that the Governor assured necessary action would be taken for the well being of cows. He also assured that appropriate steps would be taken to provide good quality of fodder in Gaushalas of the state.
