Punjab govt refunding the money to ticket buyers of Baisakhi Bumper 2020

Chandigarh, July 6 The Punjab Government is refunding the money to the Punjab State Baisakhi Bumper-2020 ticket buyers. An official spokesperson of the state government said that the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries had cancelled the draw of Punjab State Baisakhi Bumper-2020 on April 12, 2020 due to Lockdown/Curfew imposed to contain the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

While cancelling the draw, Punjab State Lotteries Department has also issued a public notice to inform the ticket buyers that they could get their money back from the Post Offices or concerned Sellers/Sub Agents.

The spokesperson said that the Lotteries Department sells tickets through Post Offices and the authorised agents M/S: Skill Lotto Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana and M/S: MNC. Property Developers Pvt Ltd., Ludhiana in Punjab. He further said that if any person has purchased the ticket of Punjab State Baisakhi Bumper-2020, he can contact the concerned seller or the authorised agents to get the money back by returning the ticket. Notably, the lottery department does not sell any bumper tickets directly in the market itself.
