Punjab minister Lal Chand Kataruckak okays 6th Pay Commission bonanza for PUNSUP employees

The Punjab Government led by the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has undertaken every possible step aimed at the welfare of the employees. As part of this, the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak has fulfilled a long pending demand of the employees of PUNSUP. The Minister has given directions to implement 6th Pay Commission recommendations with regard to the PUNSUP employees.

In a statement here today, the Minister said that since taking over the reins of Punjab, the State Government has accorded preference to safeguard the interests of employees as they constitute the backbone of State’s administrative machinery. He further said that the State Government would leave no stone unturned to initiate every possible measure aimed at the welfare of employees.
