Punjab School Education Department constitutes panels for National Achievement Survey

Chandigarh, August 25: The Punjab School Education Department has constituted various committees at the district, block, cluster and school level for the smooth functioning of the National Achievement Survey (NSA).

Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the school education department said that the district education officer (senior secondary) has been appointed as the district nodal officer for the National Achievement Survey.

Similarly, the deputy district education officer (senior secondary), principal DIET and incharge of district education reform team have been posted as assistant district nodal officers. district mentors (DMs) of all subjects will be members of this committee.

According to the spokesperson, the district education officer (elementary education) has been appointed as the district nodal officer for elementary education. The deputy district education officer (elementary education), Principal DIET and the incharge of district education reform team have been appointed as assistant district nodal officers.

The district coordinator and assistant district coordinator of ‘Parho Punjab, Paraho Punjab’ teams would be members of this committee. Similarly teams for senior secondary and elementary education have been formed at block level, cluster level and at school level also.

According to the spokesperson, the district education officers (SS and EE) as Nodal Officers would hold weekly review meetings every Saturday.
