In view of the great enthusiasm among the students, the registration for the Ganga Quiz competitions has been extended to May 25, 2021.
Disclosing this, a spokesperson of the school education department said that the third edition of Ganga Quest 2020-21 will be held on June 5, 2021 on the occasion of “World Environment Day”. Students from VI to XII class over the age of 10 years can participate in this competition. Registration for online quiz competitions can be done on the website www.gangaquest.com upto May 25. The winner students will be given attractive prizes.
The Punjab school education department has directed the school heads to prepare the students for the ‘Ganga Quest-2020-21’ competition under the ‘National Mission for Clean Ganga’. According to the spokesperson, instructions have been issued to all the district education officers and school heads for motivating the students to participate in these competitions and to prepare various topics related to environment, climate, water resources, natural resources, management of natural resources, air and water pollution.
