Rice Millers need not visit district or field food supply office for online registration: Ashu

In view of Covid 19 pandemic , Department of Food and Civil Supplies Punjab appealed all the rice Miller’s of state not to visit any District and field office for any work related with registration. Department has made elaborate arrangements for Online Registration of Rice Mills on https://anaajkharid.in Portal.

Informing in this regards Sh. Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Cabinet Minister, Food and Civil Supplies Punjab said that to avert the possibility of spread ofCovid 19 and to bring about transparency, the Department has made arrangements for Online Registration of Rice Mills on https://anaajkharid.in Portal.

He said that the Millers do not have to visit any field or District Office for getting their work done regarding Registration of New Rice Mills, Capacity Enhancement of existing Rice Mills, De novo Registration in case of change of Partnership/Constitution of Rice Mills, Registration of Lessee Rice Mills., Submission of CMR Security, Submission of Levy Security, Application to issue Release Order and Online deposit of Non-refundable RO fee and others.

He also clarified that all mills which are already registered with the Department shall automatically be reflected on the Portal, they have been given their login IDs through respective DFSCS; and their GPS coordinates shall be got uploaded on the portal by the concerned DFSC Office.

The Director said that Department had also set up helpline for resolution of queries regarding portal [email protected] and Miller’s can contact for any queries on Mobile Numbers: 7743011156, 7743011157 or 7743011154 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on all working days.ashu
