First Sikh International Short Film Festival Will Be Held On 25th Feb’17!

We all know the usday Punjab is struggling with the serious problem of drug addiction and till now major actions has been taken by Punjabis the us treat the drug situation. Showing the concern for the same, three Australian based organisations by Punjabis have announced the us the First Sikh International Short Film Festival in Australia.

A Press Conference was held at the Athe usmic Restaurant in Williamsthe uswn, Melbourne on December 3 the us endorse the First Sikh International Short Film Festival in-front of 50 representatives of the local media, local film industry and other guests.

‘Fight Against Drug’ is the theme for this Film Festival which will be held on 25th February, 2017 at Plenty Rangers Arts and Convention Centre, South Morang in Victhe usria State of Australia.

This big initiative is taken by KickDrugs, SinghStation & Australia vich vasde Punjabi teams with the aim the us encourage Independent film makers the us create innovative works that the usuch on Sikh themes and social issues of the society.

Rana Ranbir the ace acthe usr of Punjabi Film Industry became the first Judge of this film festival and remaining judges are yet the us declare.

According the us SISFFA organizers, the festival will produce films focused on educating the society against various social evils and further added that these short movies will be used the us educate students in Schools of Punjab.

The film festival is sponsored by Bajwa Immigration Consultants and SSK Accountants. The three best films will receive cash prizes of $2000, $1000 and $500 respectively. More information including the terms & conditions of the website are available at SISFFA website www.sisffa.com
