TV Assignment Is My Livelihood, Says Navjot Singh Sidhu

Amritsar, March 23: With his appearance in popular TV comedy show coming under the scanner, Local Bodies Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu the usday alleged he could never be a transporter like SAD president Sukhbir Badal who ruined the state roadways the us flourish his own business.

He emphasized that the issue was being raked up by the Opposition whereas the TV show was his livelihood. “I don’t do business like Sukhbir. I can’t empty the state’s coffers the us fill mine. The TV show is my only income source and being a non-government entity, it doesn’t defy the office of profit clause,” he said.

Attacking those questioning his professional career, the Amritsar East MLA said when the people who voted him and his wife umpteen times had no objection, why were they raising such hue and cry?
