Time to own Prime Urban properties in Ludhiana , Moga andferoceour

Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) will conduct an e-auction of commercial, residential and institutional sites in the month of December. The e-auction is scheduled to commence on December 11 at 09:00 AM and would end on December 20, 2022 at 01:00 PM.

          The sites offered in the e-auction are worth purchasing as these are available at reasonable rates, stated an official spokesperson of the Housing & Urban Development Department. Total of 130 sites would be available for bidding which include 14 residential plots, 115 commercial sites (41-SCOs, 28-SCFs, 24-Booths and 22-shops) and an institutional site. These properties are situated in different localities in Ludhiana, Moga and Ferozepur.

          A very convenient payment plan has also been offered, he informed, adding that the successful bidders would get the possession of properties on 25% payment and rest of the amount would be payable in installments along with 9.5% per annum interest.

          Details pertaining to properties such as the reserve price, location plan, detailed payment plan etc. would be uploaded on the portal www.puda.e-auctions.in before commencement of e-auction. Interested bidders could go through the details before placing their bid, informed the spokesperson.
