Trial to select Punjab team for All India Civil Services Athletics Championship on March 30

The Punjab Government will be conducting trials at Polo Ground, Patiala to select the state team for the ‘All India Civil Services Athletics Championship’ to be held in Madhya Pradesh during the first week of April.

Disclosing this here today, the Director Sports DPS Kharbanda informed that the All India Civil Services Athletics Championship is being organized by the Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board, New Delhi at Sports and Youth Welfare, Tantia Tope, State Sports Complex, T.T. Nagar Stadium, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) from April 6 to 9, 2021.

He said that the desirous officers/employees (players) of various departments of the Punjab Government, should reach at Polo Ground, Patiala on March 30 at 9:00 AM along with all the required documents for the trials. He said that the aspiring players government officers/employees (Regulars) can participate in the trials after getting NOC from their respective departments to compete in the championship.
