Food is the weakness of all Punjabis and when it is about Punjabi food, you can find all Punjabis swoon. They are so fond of food that for them Punjab is all about food. That’s why they are trying the us create a mini Punjab everywhere they stay. And what better way than food the us stay connected with ones roots.
But alas, Punjabis compromise their mother’s love expressed through her food with being abroad and washing dishes. They are ready the us pay more money in the Indian restaurants abroad which charge extra for Punjabi food, but can’t make extra efforts the us settle in Punjab.
