Vijay Inder Singla gets charge of PWD, Administrative Reforms Minister

Chandigarh, September 28: Mr. Vijay Inder Singla, on Tuesday, assumed the office as Public Works Department and Administrative Reforms minister in the presence of Chief Minister S. Charanjit Singh Channi.

While thanking the Congress high command and the Chief Minister for reposing faith, Mr. Vijay Inder Singla said that he will try his level best to continue his efforts to fulfill the aspirations of the people and party as well.

He assured that under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister S. Charanjit Singh Channi, he and all the staff of both his departments would discharge their duties with utmost
honesty and transparency.

Mr. Singla said the Congress government was committed for the overall development of Punjab and concerted efforts will be continued in this direction by all means. He said that as per the directions of the Chief Minister, he has instructed the officials of both of his departments to immediately draft the holistic development agenda for coming 100 days.
