| 14th November 2022 | Zee Punjabi’s new show Dildariyan, a tale in which one is the ferocious heat of the sun and the other is the lovely light of the moon, will premiere today i.e. 14th November at 7.30 pm, putting an end to the awaiting excitement of the viewers.
Dildariyan will tell the tale of Ambar and Avni; portrayed by Navdeesh Arora and Priya Arora, respectively. The main character of the story, Ambar, is a successful business-minded, aggressive man who views women as obstacles to his success. In contrast, Avni is a charming, independent girl who enjoys living a free life. Will the two contrasting personalities eventually give way to a budding romance or something else is in store in their destiny, forming the crux of the show? Even though their burgeoning love is stronger, the fate of the story also involves the sociological conflicts of two families which are at opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of status and money, which might prove to be a major barrier to their relationship.
Speaking about the new launch, Mr Rahul Rao, Chief Channel Officer, Zee Punjabi said, “Zee Punjabi is the only GEC in Punjab which offers a mix of music, movies, fiction and non-fiction shows in the local language, and we are glad to see it consistently garner the audience’s love since launch. We are glad to unveil our latest offering ‘Dildariyan’ which has a unique storyline and we are certain that it will surely strike a chord with the audience of Punjab.”
Commenting on the development, Mr Amit Shah, Chief Cluster Officer – North, West & Premium Channels, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. said, “At Zee Punjabi, our aim is to delight our viewers with rich and engaging offerings coupled with innovative activities that provide a holistic entertainment experience. The conflicts and obstacles are more serious than they seem, but because the strongest perfume to wear is love, let’s see how all the defects are ironed out in this brand-new Zee Punjabi programme, Dildariyan, which premieres today at 7:30 p.m.
