Jalandhar/Kapurthala, January 28: On the occasion of 70th Republic Day, I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University set up a 105-foot National Flag on its Main Campus here.
Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr.) Ajay Kumar Sharma unfurled the National Flag. He congratulated entire IKGPTU Officers, faculty, Students & all other stakeholders on the remarkable performance in every sector. Emphasising on nation building, the Vice Chancellor said everyone has a capacity to do something different and positive for their country and all that was needed was to realise it.
The Republic Day cultural events included Rajasthani Dance, Group Song & Shabad, Bhangra, solo dance, well performed by main campus students.
